Welcome to my studio! Who wouldn't enjoy a a space filled with sunlight?
My studio is compact yet efficient. I have a double workbench that
affords a generous work area, a seperate soldering station and even
a small seating area where I can take a moment to refer to one
of my many
jewelrymaking books.
The studio has a retro feel with the checkerboard floor
and beadboard ceiling. Our favorite feature has to be the
pair of pendant lights that
hang
in the center
of
the
room
that
are from
the 1950's.
We were new to remodeling. So this was quite an experience taking a raw,unfinished
room and watching it transform. Our team from Nashville
Structures Inc. did an amazing job. We followed their work by painting
the room ourselves and building a few of the storage pieces ourselves.
I hope you enjoy looking at the pictures. My studio companions
are my husband Ted, dogs Dingo and Joanie, and our cats Louie
and Winnie. We all appreciate
